  • Foundation wall and stair pours
  • Commercial slab placement

All Services are subject to site assessment, concrete availability, weather conditions, and scheduling. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.

2. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you supply at the time of inquiry. Final pricing may vary based on:

  • Actual site conditions upon arrival
  • Changes in concrete volume or project scope
  • Access difficulty beyond what was described
  • Extended standby or wait time ($100/hr)
  • After-hours or weekend service (+$75 surcharge)
  • Travel outside Calgary ($50–$100)
A minimum call-out fee of $350 CAD applies to all projects. HST/GST is not included in quoted prices unless explicitly stated. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

A written or verbal quote is not a binding contract until confirmed by both parties in writing or by deposit payment.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

Once a pour date is confirmed, we commit equipment and scheduling resources to your project. Please notify us of any cancellations or changes as early as possible.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee
  • Delays caused by the client (concrete truck not ordered, site not ready) may result in standby charges of $100/hr
  • We reserve the right to reschedule pours due to extreme weather conditions

4. Client Responsibilities

By booking our services, you agree to:

  • Ensure the site is accessible and ready for the pour on the scheduled date

  • Obtain any required permits from the City of Calgary or applicable municipality
  • Mark or identify any underground utilities before work begins
  • Ensure adequate space for hose routing and equipment placement
  • Have a qualified person present or reachable during the pour

We are not responsible for damage to unmarked underground lines, utilities, or structures caused by failure to disclose their location.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept:

  • Cash
  • E-Transfer
